ATTENTION: BUYER!
OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER

*** All items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon delivery. If damage is noticed, please refuse delivery if possible and contact Water Gallery L.L.C. within 24 hours. Water Gallery L.L.C. will not be responsible for damaged items if we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery. All items are insured during transit for the full retail price and a shipping claim will be filed. Please take pictures of the damaged item and crating and forward images to Water Gallery L.L.C. at dgardner@watergallery.net.

If your order arrives with visible damage be sure to:

NOTATE damage on Delivery Receipt with Driver stating "REFUSED Shipment Due to Damage."
If you are unable to inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, please write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery ticket.
If driver has departed, you MUST report damage to Water Gallery L.L.C. within 24 hrs. (Monday-Friday).
After 24 hrs. the customer will be responsible for filing a shipping claim with the freight carrier.
Take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and forward to dgardner@watergallery.net within 24 hours.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day return policy and all returns must arrive undamaged in the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Customer must call Water Gallery L.L.C. at (866) 518-6849 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN.) All returns must include a RAN for a refund to be issued. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping fees.

Defective Item Policy:

All fountains include a Manufacturer's Warranty against defects. Once an item is deemed "Defective" by our Customer Service Specialists the item can be returned for the identical item only. We reserve the right to replace or repair the item as needed. Item must be returned in the original packaging, properly secured and packed, and insured for the full retail value during return transit. Some packaging and shipping fees may apply.
