Important Shipping and Return Policies

CUSTOMER MUST INSPECT ITEMS FOR DAMAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER.

DO NOT SIGN AND ACCEPT DELIVERY WITHOUT INSPECTION.

All items are 100% insured for your protection, however you must inspect in front of the delivery drive or the insurance claim may be denied.

In the event the driver can not stay during the inspection please write the following on the delivery receipt: “Driver could not wait; pending inspection, possible damage."  If this is not noted at the time of delivery your freight claim could be denied and you may incur additional charges for a replacement fountain. Water Gallery LLC will not be responsible for damaged items if the customer does not inspect in front of the delivery driver or notate “Driver would not wait; pending inspection, possible damage" on the drivers documents.

Once the customer signs the Bill of Lading and accepts delivery the shipping company assumes the items arrived undamaged and insurance is null and void.

ALL DAMAGES MUST BE NOTED ON THE DRIVER'S BILL OF LADING.

ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO WATER GALLERY LLC WITHIN 24 HOURS.

PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS AND PACKAGING.

ALL PACKAGING MUST BE KEPT FOR INSPECTION BY THE CARRIER.

 

Return Policy

Water Gallery LLC offers a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Custom fountains, custom bubble panels and logo fountains cannot be returned for a refund. Customer must call Water Gallery to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Return Instructions.  All returned items must arrive undamaged and in the original box or crate. All returned items must be insured for the full retail value. Return credits are issued within 2-4 weeks of the item arriving back to our warehouse. Returned items will be charged the initial shipping fees, return shipping fees and a 15%-20% restocking fee.
